Agreement
By accessing wishbonelab.com or engaging Wishbone Lab for services, you agree to these terms. Wishbone Lab is a digital studio based in Orlando, FL, building websites, custom software and systems, and managing Google Ads campaigns, along with related digital services.
Services
We provide website design and development, custom software and business systems, and Google Ads management, plus related services such as local SEO, maintenance, and domain & hosting. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are defined in individual proposals or agreements shared with clients before work begins.
Payment Terms
Payment terms, amounts, and schedules are outlined in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed, projects require an upfront deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due at agreed milestones. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-built deliverables including website designs and code created specifically for their project. Wishbone Lab retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio. Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.
Limitation of Liability
Wishbone Lab provides services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, advertising results, or business outcomes.
Changes to Terms
